Collection records

Caskrow stores the bottles, photos, purchase and valuation figures, tasting notes and locations you enter in the app's private storage. We do not run a server that stores your collection. The core catalog works offline. Records leave the app when you choose to back up, export or share them, or enable an iCloud Drive backup.

Diagnostics

Error and performance diagnostics are on by default. You can turn them off under More → Diagnostics. Caskrow uses Trueframe Digital's crash-reporting service and Sentry in the EU region to diagnose crashes and performance problems. Reports can include crash details and stack traces, app and build version, device and operating-system details, app-start and screen timings, technical logs and counters, widget structure, session health and sampled Apple profiling. Screenshots and session replay are disabled. We do not intentionally send your bottle records, photos or notes in diagnostics. These services are used for app functionality, not advertising tracking.

The Diagnostics switch controls both services. Disabling it stops new app diagnostics from being sent. Technical requests may include standard network metadata such as IP address while they are transmitted.

Purchases

Caskrow Pro is a one-time purchase. The App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store processes payment. On Apple devices and Android, RevenueCat also processes the store transaction to manage Pro access and Restore. It receives an anonymous app-generated identifier, purchase history and standard request metadata such as app version, platform and IP address. RevenueCat does not receive your bottle records, values, photos or tasting notes. We do not receive your card or payment details. Windows purchases are handled by the Microsoft Store without RevenueCat.

Camera, photos and app lock

Camera and photo access is requested only when you add a bottle or label photo. The resulting photo is kept with your local collection unless you choose to include it in a backup or export. An optional PIN and the device's biometric check protect the app locally. Caskrow does not read or store your biometric data.

Backups and exports

Caskrow can create local rolling backups. You can also save a backup or export to storage you choose, including Files or an optional iCloud Drive location on Apple devices. These files are managed by you and are not uploaded to a Trueframe collection server.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell your collection data or use advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs. Sentry and RevenueCat act as service providers for diagnostics and purchases. Store operators process purchases under their own policies.

Your control and deletion

You can delete records in the app or remove the app and its local data from your device. Backups and exports you saved elsewhere remain in the location you chose. To ask about diagnostic or purchase records held by service providers, contact us at the address below.

Age

Caskrow is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It is a collection catalog and does not promote consumption.
