What we collect

Worthtally has no sign-up and no user account. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or any of the financial data you record in the app. That data never leaves your device except through actions you take yourself (for example, a backup or export you choose to save or share).

Diagnostics (on by default, and you can turn them off)

To find and fix crashes and slowdowns, the app sends anonymous diagnostics. This is on by default; you can turn it off at any time from the app's Diagnostics screen, and turning it off stops all of it.

What is sent: the app and its version, your platform (e.g. iOS / macOS / Android) and OS version, the device model, and the error type, message and stack trace when something goes wrong. Since September 2026 the app also sends a small sample of app-start and screen timings, anonymous session health (whether a session ended in a crash), technical logs and counters written by the app itself, the on-screen widget layout at the moment of an error, and on Apple devices a small sample of performance profiles. Screenshots and session replay are off. It includes no device identifier, no user identifier, and none of account balances, transactions, or other financial data.

Reports go to two recipients, both controlled by that single toggle:

• A Cloudflare Worker operated by Trueframe Digital — receives the crash report only; your IP address is discarded at ingestion and never stored.
• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), running in the EU / Frankfurt region — receives everything listed above, for crash and performance diagnostics.

When diagnostics are off, neither recipient receives anything.

Network requests

When you enable live values, the app fetches public market data and sends no personal information in the request:

• Currency exchange rates from frankfurter.app (European Central Bank data) — the request contains only currency codes.
• Cryptocurrency prices from CoinGecko — the request contains only the coin identifiers you track.

If you leave live values disabled, the app makes no such requests.

Purchases

Worthtally Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store. Payment is processed entirely by the store; Trueframe Digital never sees or stores your payment details. On iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Android, purchase status is managed through RevenueCat, which records your purchase against an anonymous identifier (no name, no email) so the app can restore it across your devices. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and there are no advertising SDKs or third-party behavioural-tracking SDKs in the app. The only information that ever leaves your device is the optional crash diagnostics described above, the public market-data requests listed under Network requests, and store/RevenueCat purchase processing.

Your control & deletion

Because your data is stored locally, you are in full control of it. You can erase everything from within the app (a reset option in Settings), or by deleting the app from your device. Any backups you created are managed by you in the location you saved them.

Children

Worthtally is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
