The idea
Every model starts in shadow. Your shelf lights up as you paint.
Zenithal never counts what you haven't done. One cell per model: bare plastic stays dark, and each miniature glows brighter as it moves through the stages: assembled, primed, painted, based, varnished. Open the app and the first thing you see is how much of your pile is already lit.

Units, not guilt
Every unit is a card with a photo, its game and its stage counts. Move one model or twenty with a tap. The stage ladder follows, and skipped stages are fine, because that's how real painting goes.
Every pot you own, as a wall of colour
Your paints as swatches, not a list: owned, running low, wishlisted. A bundled catalog of 3,000+ paints across 13 brands, with cross-brand equivalents so a recipe never dies with a discontinued pot.

What is Zenithal?

Who is Zenithal for?

Which platforms does Zenithal run on?
Zenithal is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets. Native Mac and Windows versions are planned as later releases and are not available yet. On Apple devices, Universal Purchase and Family Sharing apply to the Pro unlock.
Do I need an account? Is my data private?
No account, no login. Your units, paints, recipes and photos live in a database on your own phone or tablet. Zenithal runs no server that holds your data, and there are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. There is no live cross-device sync; backups are files you keep.
Can I back up or export my data?
Yes, and it is free forever. Backup and restore produce a file you own, saved anywhere you like or to your own iCloud Drive. CSV export gets your data out, and CSV import brings in paint lists from a spreadsheet or another tracker's export. Nothing is locked in.
Is Zenithal an alternative to paintRack or Figure Case?
Yes, if you want both jobs in one app. paintRack tracks a paint stash but has no backlog. Figure Case tracks a backlog but has no paint catalog and runs on iPhone and iPad only. Zenithal does stash, recipes and backlog together, links them, and runs on iPhone, iPad and Android, pay once.
Will barcode scanning work on my paints?
Most pots scan straight in. The bundled catalog covers 3,000+ paints across 13 brands, and a scan matches the pot against it. Zenithal does not claim to scan every paint ever made. If a pot is not in the catalog yet, add it by hand and teach it the barcode for next time.
