The bottle dossier
A permanent record for every bottle.
Every bottle gets a useful record: category, distillery, region, cask type, age, ABV, batch number, bottle numbering and where it lives on the shelf. Mark it sealed or open, track its fill level against auction shoulder terms, and keep private tasting notes.
When you pour a dram, logging it updates the fill level with a quick undo if you need it. Nothing is shared, nothing is public, and no server tracks what you drink.

On iPhone and Android, it folds to a one-thumb log you can work standing at the cabinet. There is no cloud sync and no account joining them up: move your collection whenever you want with a clean backup file.

Nothing is listed for sale, no strangers follow your bottles, and nothing is valued for you. Caskrow catalogues the whisky and spirits you already own, with the details that actually matter over years of collecting.
Photos first, bottles at a glance
Every bottle gets your own photo, its sealed or open state, and its fill level visible at a glance. Filter by category (Single Malt, Bourbon, Rye, Rum, Gin), distillery, country or storage location.
Auction terms, never a guess
Auction-grade shoulder vocabulary: Neck, High Shoulder, Mid Shoulder, Low Shoulder, and Heel. Log a dram with a tap and the fill updates, with an immediate undo if you poured a guest from another bottle.
Honest value history, no scraping
Record purchase prices and enter current valuation estimates yourself when you review the cabinet. Caskrow tracks your history and shows value trends over time without pretending to scrape auction feeds.
Tasting notes that stay yours
Record nose, palate, finish, date, rating and occasion against the exact bottle you tasted. Your notes remain private on your device, never published to a community feed or social drinking check-in.
Oxidation hints and infinity blends
Track when bottles were opened so you enjoy delicate expressions before oxidation flattens them. Keep dedicated blending records for infinity bottles as pours are added and tasted.

The free tier does not expire. Only active bottles (sealed or open) count toward the fifteen; finished or gifted bottles remain in your journal and do not count against the limit. The free tier covers up to 15 active bottles with the core catalog and tasting journal, and it never expires. Caskrow Pro is US$29.99, paid once, and removes the bottle limit while unlocking collection value trends, category insights and an insurance-ready valuation PDF. There is no subscription and there will not be one. Backup, restore, spreadsheet import and CSV export are free at every tier.
Does Caskrow value my bottles or fetch live auction prices?
No. Caskrow records what you paid and the valuation figures you enter yourself over time. It dates each entry and shows your personal collection trend without scraping unreliable third-party listings or pretending to know today's auction market. It is an honest ledger of what you record.
How does Caskrow track how much whisky is left in a bottle?

Do I need an account? Is my collection private?

Can I import a spreadsheet and get my data back out?
Yes, and it is free. You can import existing spreadsheet inventories via CSV, previewing columns before any bottle is written. You can also export your full collection to CSV and JSON at any time, or generate a versioned backup archive. Reaching the free active bottle cap never blocks viewing, backing up or exporting what you already added.
